Trento Doc Riserva Del Fondatore is produced in purity with Chardonnay grapes from the Maso Pianizza vineyard, owned by the Lunelli family of Trento. This sparkling wine dedicated to Giulio Ferrari, the company founder, best describes the Trentino Alto Adige terroir. This is followed by the production process of the classic method which, in addition to the first fermentation - which transforms the grapes into wine - involves a second fermentation, in the bottle with the addition of yeasts. The Giulio Ferrari Riserva Doc has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, an intense bouquet with fruity scents typical of Chardonnay enriched with pleasant notes of honey, vanilla and white chocolate. Overall it is an elegant wine with remarkable persistence.
