The favorite, a rare and typical grape of Roero, gives a white grape which, once sought only as a table product, has today found, after long and careful experimentation, a use also as wine grapes.

But to have a satisfactory final product, a meticulous selection of raw materials and particular care in winemaking are necessary. Aware of this, the Fratelli Povero Company uses only the grapes selected in its "Terre dei Laramè" vineyard, planted in a sandy and sunny soil and benefits from the most modern winemaking technology.

The result is a wine, which is pale straw in color; fresh and delicate aroma, dry flavor, good aromatic movement and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Green hazelnuts and exotic fruit are recognized. It should be served around 8 ° with fish dishes and, if desired, on roasts accompanied by white sauces.
