Il Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, è un vitigno a bacca rossa che trae letteralmente il suo nome dalla peculiare colorazione che assume il peduncolo nella fase di maturazione dell'uva. Il Refosco è menzionato sin da tempi antichissimi come vino di grande rinomanza. Il Friuli Grave REFOSCO dal Peduncolo Rosso. DOC Le Due Torri è di colore rosso rubino con sfumature violacee, emana profumi di frutti rossi, e ha un sapore intenso di frutta matura asciutto, equilibrato e persistente. Particolarmente adatto con arrosti d’oca, anatra e germano, formaggi anche stagionati.

Le Due Torri Farm in Corno di Rosazzo, in the province of Udine, is located between the Collio hills and the Judrio river. The company covers 7.8 hectares of vineyards, which are distinguished by their mostly gravel soils that give the typical characteristics of the DOC and IGT wines of the area called "Grave del Friuli". The company is run by the Volpe family, which is increasingly oriented towards quality, respecting the rules that regulate wine production, paying attention to protecting the environment.
